Art Deco inspired "Warrandyte" Ring

Handmade in luxurious 18ct yellow gold, this knockout ring is inspired by my many Summer visits to the Yarra river at Warrandyte. The tiered shoulder detail references the old Warrandyte bridge, and the Eucalypt and tree bark toned gems reflect the native flora and colour palette of the area.

This ring was handmade especially for the 2017 Arbor Exhibition “Australiana”.

Band measurements are 1.8mm wide x 1.7mm thick. Central top section measure 10mm long x 7.3mm wide before the tiered shoulder detail x 3.8mm high off the finger.

Gems in this ring include a beautiful 3mm round cognac diamond, 2 x 1.5mm round green tourmalines and 2 tiny 0.8mm round champagne diamonds.

This ring is surprisingly lightweight, due to the open central setting, and the low profile with no protrusions makes for a comfortable and worry-free wearing experience.
